Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Roofing Leads R Us (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Roofing Leads R Us provides roofing lead generation services, delivering pre-qualified residential and commercial leads to licensed roofing professionals. Leads are delivered via CRM integration, email, SMS, or through our platform dashboard.

3. Lead Definition & Quality

A “Lead” is defined as a consumer who has expressed interest in buying or selling roofing and has provided valid contact information through our campaigns. We guarantee:

• Valid phone number and/or email address
• Expressed interest in roofing transaction within your target area
• Lead is exclusive and not shared with other agents

4. Lead Disputes & Credits

If you receive a lead with a non-working phone number, clearly fraudulent information, or the lead falls outside your specified target area, you may dispute it within 48 hours of receipt. Approved disputes will receive a credit to your account. Disputes submitted after 48 hours will not be honored. Credits have no cash value and can only be applied to future lead purchases.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon lead delivery unless a different arrangement is specified in your plan. Accepted payment methods include credit card and ACH transfer. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as provided in the Lead Disputes section.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You must hold a valid contracting license in the state(s) where you receive leads.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RE LEADS R US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to our platform or other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
